Who runs this site

otgp.games is run by me, Iurii Beliakov, the developer of OverTake GP. For any question about your data, write to hello@otgp.games.

What I collect and why

If you subscribe to the newsletter, I collect your email address. I use it only to send you the OverTake GP devlog and news about the games, one or two emails a month. I don't ask for anything else.

The legal basis is your consent. You give it when you subscribe and confirm the subscription from the email I send you. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.

Who processes your data

The mailing list is stored and sent by Kit, a newsletter service based in the United States. Kit processes your email address on my behalf. Its privacy policy explains how it protects data, including data transferred from the European Union.

The site itself is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it processes your IP address to deliver the pages to you.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set cookies. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not track you across other sites.

How long I keep it

I keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask me to show, correct or delete the data I hold about you, or object to its use. Write to hello@otgp.games. If you think I handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to a data protection authority. In Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
